Poole Town Vote declaration

Proud to represent you

At the BCP Council Elections on 4th May, five Poole People Councillors were elected across 3 wards. We are grateful to all those who voted for us, and we intend to do the best we can for all our residents.

Poole Town election declaration

In Poole Town, Andy Hadley and Mark Howell were re-elected. Charmaine Parkinson (who had previously represented us in Hamworthy) missed out, with the Labour candidate elected to the third seat.

Oakdale

Both Pete Miles and Dr Felicity Rice were re-elected to the Ward.

Hamworthy

Brian Hitchcock was elected, topping the poll for the Hamworthy Ward.

Parkstone

It was a tough contest for our two candidates Susan Stockwell and Matilda Northover, with the Liberal Democrats winning the seats.

The composition of the Council has changed significantly with these elections, and we are hopeful of joining other progressive parties to resolve the challenges that the last two years of Conservative mismanagement have wreaked onto residents, council staff, and beleaguered budgets.
