Poole People Leader criticises CEO and Chief Legal Officer of BCP Council in open letter over complaints process

The Leader of Poole People, Cllr. Mark Howell, has sent an open letter to the CEO of BCP Council criticising him and the Monitoring Officer (Chief Legal Officer) for mismanaging the procedure for complaints against them and the third senior officer, the Chief Financial Officer. He believes valid complaints are not being referred to the councillor committee responsible for assessing and determining them. Click here to see the letter.
