Salvatore Petito is the Poole People candidate for Longfleet and Sterte. A co-founder of Limoncello on Poole High Street and a Business and Management student at Bournemouth University, he brings an ambitious, practical and community-focused approach to local politics.  
Salvatore wants to improve the look, safety and accessibility of key routes into Poole, while standing up for local residents and supporting improvements that benefit the wider area. His priorities include enhancing Holes Bay, improving road safety, increasing public bins and making the town feel cleaner and more welcoming. 
He believes local politics should focus on visible improvements, community needs and giving Poole a stronger independent local voice.

Salvatore wants people arriving in Poole to be welcomed by an area that feels cleaner, safer and more visually appealing. He sees first impressions as important for both residents and visitors.

A key priority is improving the pedestrian underpass between the station and Kingland Crescent, making it cleaner, safer and more inviting for everyday use.

Salvatore wants to make sure local people are listened to and supported, with decisions shaped around the needs of the community.

Protect Holes Bay and public spaces
He is committed to protecting and enhancing Holes Bay for residents, visitors and wildlife, recognising it as one of the area’s important natural assets.

Salvatore wants to address potholes and road surface problems, improve cycle lanes, and increase the provision of public bins to make the area safer, cleaner and better maintained.
